Have spent here 11 nights and our standard triple room was cosy. The room had an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an iron plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was marvellous, so close to major tourist attractions, the market and tramway.

The location was absolutely perfect, for example, Piazza del Duomo was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I had the double room and it was brand-new. the bathroom was clean with a hair dryer, fresh towels, and slippers.
